The second business trip of the year brings Dr. Barbara Neuhofer to the capital of fashion, to Milano, Italy. She is invited to the IULM – Università di comunicazione e lingue Milano to speak about Technology Enhanced Experience Design in the new Master Seminar Series “Digital Innovation for the Travel Sector Competitiveness”.
Barbara was invited by the organisers of this series, Prof. Manuela De Carlo (IULM University) and Dr. Alessandro Inversini (Ecole hoteliere Lausanne) to talk about how experience design is key to digital innovation and competitiveness in the tourism and travel sector.
The seminar series features two international speakers in each seminar, who confront an innovation topic from an academic and an industry perspective.
Barbara Neuhofer contributed with her academic knowledge and shared the stage with an industry leader in the field of service design, Serena Tonus, Sketch In, Switzerland
